As a Licensed Pastor and Christian counselor I help individuals, couples, and families address emotional, mental, and spiritual issues from a faith-based perspective. I use biblical wisdom alongside evidence-based counseling techniques to guide you in areas such as marriage, relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, and much more. However, we don’t have to believe the same thing in order for me to help you. It’s a privilege for me to walk alongside others regardless of one’s beliefs.

As a Life Coach I will sit in the passenger’s seat with the map while you drive. We will partner together to increase your self-awareness, uncover your blind spots, and hold you accountable. Life Coaching is results oriented and can include skill development, goal setting, challenging faulty thinking, exploring root causes, identifying patterns, breaking bad habits, increasing confidence, growing spiritually, and overcoming obstacles. As your Coach I will champion your growth, challenge you, ask thought-provoking questions, guide you spiritually, listen for what’s not being said, call you out if needed, provide tools when appropriate, and most importantly listen to you!
